This privacy policy governs your use of the software application DWM Mobile App (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Neural Direct LLC. The Application is intended to work with the DWM online service leased by your company and collect Downed Wildlife Monitoring (DWM) data.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The app does not collect any personally identifiable information beyond your username, which is assigned by your site administrator, and password. All Downed Wildlife Monitoring information collected is stored in the online server leased by your company. This information is available to your company for DWM compliance reporting and analysis. This information may also be used by Neural Direct LLC while troubleshooting your company's online server or while performing system maintenance operations.
User Provided Information
Login to your company's online server is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Application. When your company registers you as a user on their server, they include your username, password, and the DWM roles assigned to you.
As your username is not an email address and we have no other contact information about you, Neural Direct LLC has no mechanism to contact you outside the app or share any contact information with any third party.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.
The Application also collects precise location information when you are conducting your DWM tasks, but only at such times as you specifically tell the Application to collect that information. This information is collected offline (while the Application is not connected to the internet) and thus your current location is not known by the Application and so cannot be shared with other users or partners.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
